We see massage therapy as health care.

We offer deep listening and a safe place for you to experience compassionate and clinical hands-on care. We appreciate that the biological, psychological, and social and cultural aspects of your life interact and influence the way you experience being you. Our approach is patient-centered and each session is crafted blending your needs and preferences, with the experience and training of our therapists.

We combine multiple bodywork modalities including massage and manual therapy techniques, CranioSacral Therapy and Zero Balancing®, with Mind-Body Skills such as meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

As needed, we work in conjunction with other health care providers including physicians, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and psychotherapists to meet the unique whole-person needs of our clients. Our local network of providers is deep and wide and we can offer cross referrals as needed.

Our staff are all Licensed Massage Therapists with extensive continuing education in a variety of modalities and health care topics, including Oncology Massage and Trauma Informed Approaches. We are not trauma therapists. Our approach aims to be gentle, safe, safe, and affirming. Karen has extensive training in Somatic Experiencing (SE)  which is NOT massage therapy. Learn more about SE.

Through our Integrative approach, we can encourage change in people’s bodies and lives. This is compassionate, clinical care.

Our office is located at Keswick’s Wise & Well Center for Healthy Living

We are centrally located across from the Rotunda in North Baltimore at 700 W. 40th, Suites 203 and 204

“After all these years, during each massage, Jane continues to connect with the core of who I am — wherever I may be whenever I walk in — through the healing power of her hands and the loving power of her being. Every time I see her, Jane helps me — physically, emotionally and spiritually — relax and come home to myself.”
